Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges due to the inability to confirm if your product is still in stock by the time we receive the item back to our warehouse. Returns are accepted however, the item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged/altered condition and have the original product tag attached.
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Incorrect, damaged or missing:
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please reach out to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please indicate the error or defect by attaching a picture and your order number so our team can promptly resolve the situation for you. For items that are missing, please contact the courier for tracking and delivery details. BOLATINI is not responsible if the return by the customer is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend you send the return through a certified post office and request a receipt for confirmation.
For returns within Europe, Have your order number and email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team provide you with instructions on returning the item back.
Please note that return shipping cost will NOT be reimbursed. Returns will be at the customers expense. We strongly recommend shipping the item with a courier that provides a tracking number to ensure confirmation of delivery to our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return delivery process.

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once we have verified that the products that you have returned to us meet all of the requirements in the Return Policy you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been accepted and processed.
