For returns within Europe,  Have your order number and email and our team provide you with instructions on returning the item back.

Please note that return shipping cost will NOT be reimbursed. Returns will be at the customers expense. We strongly recommend shipping the item with a courier that provides a tracking number to ensure confirmation of delivery to our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return delivery process.
